The U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica is pleased to invite accredited U.S. higher education institutions to participate in our highly anticipated 2026 College Fair, scheduled for October 22, 2026, in Kingston, Jamaica.
This one-day Fair offers U.S. higher education institutions exposure to a region known for its strong interest in studying in the USA. Over the years, Jamaica has consistently ranked as one of the top Caribbean countries sending students to study in the U.S. The 2024/2025 Open-Door report notes 3,416 students studying in the USA. The fair provides an opportunity to recruit from this high-potential market.
The fair will be open to high school and other college-ready students, teachers and guidance counselors from across the island. This is a unique opportunity to meet with Jamaica’s brightest tertiary-bound students, answer questions about your institution, and share program offerings and scholarship opportunities. The day will have concurrent sessions allowing students to choose topics such as applying for student visas, hear from student alumni about their college experience.
